1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ODDSBEACON, LLC website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on ODDSBEACON, LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Service Description
ODDSBEACON, LLC is a data analytics and predictive modeling platform. We provide statistical analysis, data insights, and predictive models for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a gambling service, sportsbook, betting intermediary, or wagering operator, and we do not accept, place, route, or facilitate wagers. Our services include:
- Table tennis match predictions and analysis
- Player statistics and performance data
- Educational content about sports analytics
- Access to historical match data
- iOS and Android mobile applications providing access to the above features
- Operational monitoring, analytics, and self-hosted session replay tools used to support, secure, and improve the service
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of those processors.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy.
All fees are charged solely for access to platform features, analytics, research tools, model outputs, and related content. Payments do not represent deposits, stakes, entry fees, or participation in wagering, contests, prize-based outcomes, or any gambling-related activity.
In-App Purchases (iOS and Android)
Subscriptions purchased through our iOS app are billed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions purchased through our Android app are billed by Google through Google Play. In-app subscription management and processing is handled via RevenueCat.
- Prices for in-app subscriptions are set in the applicable app store and may vary by region or currency
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android)
- Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies — we do not issue refunds for app store transactions directly
- If you have an existing web subscription, in-app purchases are separate transactions managed by the app store; contact us if you need help consolidating access
Lifetime Access
We offer Lifetime access plans as a one-time purchase. Lifetime access grants you perpetual access to the services included in your plan for as long as the service operates.
- Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
- Lifetime accounts are non-transferrable and linked to the original purchaser
- Lifetime access may not always be available - we reserve the right to discontinue Lifetime plans at any time
- If you purchased Lifetime access, you retain access for life at the price you paid
Unlimited Access & Fair Usage
Our Pro and Elite plans offer unlimited access to our analytics and prediction services. However, to ensure fair access for all users and maintain service quality, our fair usage policy applies.
- Unlimited access is intended for normal personal or professional use
- Excessive automated scraping, API calls beyond reasonable use, or any activity that degrades service for other users may be limited
- We reserve the right to limit access for users who abuse the service or violate these terms
- For typical personal or professional use, our unlimited access is truly unlimited
6. Informational Use and User Responsibility
Predictions, signals, rankings, probabilities, and other outputs made available through ODDSBEACON, LLC are informational tools only. They do not constitute guarantees of outcomes, financial advice, legal advice, or recommendations to place any wager or take any specific action.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use platform information. ODDSBEACON, LLC does not direct, encourage, or instruct users to engage in gambling activity, and any independent decisions made by users are made at their own discretion.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
- For any obscene or immoral purpose
8. Monitoring and Session Replay
To operate, secure, support, and improve the service, we may monitor use of the website and record technical session activity through our self-hosted OpenReplay deployment.
- Recorded activity may include page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation flow, browser and device details, IP address, and diagnostic events
- When you are signed in, we may associate replay sessions with account details such as your user ID, email address, subscription plan, or guest account metadata
- Replay data is hosted on infrastructure we control and is used for debugging, fraud prevention, product improvement, and customer support
- Your use of the service constitutes acknowledgment of this operational monitoring, subject to our Privacy Policy and any consent choices we provide
9. Mobile Applications
Our iOS and Android apps are licensed, not sold, to you under these Terms. Your use of the mobile apps is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
- You may use the apps only on devices you own or control
- You may not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the app to any third party
- We may update the app from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms
- Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for it
10. Push Notifications
By enabling push notifications in our mobile app, you consent to receive alerts on your device. These may include match alerts, prediction results, and service-related announcements.
- You can withdraw consent at any time through your device's notification settings or within the app
- Disabling push notifications does not affect your access to any features of the service
- We will not send marketing push notifications without your opt-in consent
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ODDSBEACON, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
