- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscription status on iOS and Android. RevenueCat receives your device identifiers, purchase receipts, and subscription entitlement data necessary to validate and deliver your subscription. - Apple App Store / Google Play: Purchases made through our mobile apps are processed by Apple or Google under their respective payment terms. We receive confirmation of purchase status but do not store your payment card details.
- Push Notification Providers: We use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications to your device. Your push token is shared with the relevant platform provider solely to route notifications to your device.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to legal process
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred
- Consent: With your explicit consent
We self-host our OpenReplay session replay infrastructure. Replay data is processed on infrastructure we control rather than being sent to a hosted OpenReplay SaaS environment, though other service providers described in this policy may still process data for their own limited functions.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

- Session Replay Tooling: We use a self-hosted OpenReplay deployment to record technical session activity, such as page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation flows, browser details, and limited account metadata, to debug issues, monitor performance, and improve the product.

11. Mobile Applications
Our iOS and Android apps are subject to the privacy practices described in this policy in addition to the privacy policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We collect only the data necessary to operate the app and provide our services.
Subscription and purchase data for mobile app subscriptions is processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store. We do not have access to your payment card or billing information entered in the App Store or Google Play.
